We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We do not store your credit card information on our server and our payment processors utilize the strongest secure socket layer (SSL) encryption available, 128 bit.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site at 3LittleChefs.com. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or personal checks.
Payments Accepted
At 3 Little Chefs, we currently accept payments through two third party payment processors, 2CheckOut (2CO) and Paypal, as well as check or US Postal Service money orders by mail. We do not accept phone orders.

Credit Cards and Check Cards
Currenty we accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover/Novus, JCB, Dinners Club, and check cards (Visa or Mastercard). To pay by these methods select "Purchase using your Credit Card" during checkout. Credit Card payments are made securely by 2CheckOut and credit cards are billed "2CO*3LITTLECHEF." You will be directed to their site to provide secure payment and then seemlessly returned to our site for your order confirmation and receipt. Credit Card payments are available for shipment as early as the next business day. 3 Little Chefs is a 2CO certified seller.
PayPal
PayPal users may provide payment via funds from their PayPal account, any PayPal approved credit card, or via a balance transfer or eCheck from a PayPal linked banking account. Orders paid via PayPal funds or Credit Card will be available for immediate shipment. Bank drafts or eChecks will be held until they clear (add an addition 7-10 business days) prior to shipping. Refunds for any transactions paid via PayPal are refunded to your PayPal account only. Payments processed through PayPal are billed "PayPal*3LITTLECHEF". PayPal has quickly become a global leader in online payment solutions with 45 million account members worldwide. We are a PayPal verified merchant.
Check or US Postal Money Order Through the Mail
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a personal check or U.S. Postal Money Order (only) by purchasing items online and sending payment offline. We do not accept "Starter" checks and the payees name and address should be printed on the check and must match the shipping and/or billing address. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by check. To order by check or postal money order, just print the completed order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation/invoice page and include your order number on the check or money order. Orders will be listed as "Pending Payment" until payment is received. Make check or money order payable to "3 Little Chefs" in the exact amount and mail the invoice with payment to:

NSF Checks
In the event that your personal check or eCheck is returned unpaid for insufficient or uncollected funds, we may present your check electronically. In the ordinary course of business, your check will not be provided to you with your bank statement but a copy can be retrieved by other means. Additionally, we may electronically access a $20.00 returned check fee or the maximum fee provided by law against your account. We also reserve the right to prosecute individuals who present bad checks since paying with worthless checks is a crime in every state.
Order Confirmation Emails
All orders will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us. Please be sure you have set up your email system to accept emails from 3littlechefs.com. Customers frequently block email coming from addresses they have not specified, resulting in their order confirmation and tracking email being returned to us.
Order Status
You can check the status of your order online on the Order Tracking Page by entering your order number or by logging into your Customer Account and viewing your order history. The following will help you to determine the status of your order:
- Pending Payment - We are waiting for your payment, if you haven't sent it, then please do so. This status is used for checks and money orders only.
- Processing Payment - We received your payment, but it is held for the funds to clear.
- Pending Shipment - Payment has been received and we are preparing your order for shipment.
- Partially Shipped - Part of your order has shipped. Tracking info may be available.
- Completed - Order has shipped. Tracking info may be available.
- Cancelled - Order was Cancelled, it will not be shipped.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis using realtime shipping rates that are dependent on product weight and shipping destination address. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. To determine how much it costs to ship an order to you, place your item(s) in your cart and initiate the checkout process. During the checkout process, all shipping charges for the order are provided prior to submitting your credit card information and finalizing your order. Where ever possible, we try to combine shipments to save you money, however for certain items, particularly some apparel or accessories, we cannot combine shipments of baking mix products with these items since they are shipped from different locations.
Payments made by credit card or existing PayPal account funds are available for shipment as early as the next business day but usually it takes 3-5 days to prepare your order. eCheck and paper check payments will be held for 7-10 business days to allow funds to clear and will delay shipping. Once payments clear most items ship within 3-5 business days.
We ship orders using the US Postal System (USPS) Priority Mail and Media Mail. We also ship via FedEx. Once shipped estimated delivery times are 2-3 days for Priority Mail while Media Mail usually takes 7-14 days to arrive. USPS items all receive delivery confirmation and can be tracked online.
Problems with Your Order?
In the unlikely event of any problems with your 3 Little Chefs order, incorrect billing, missing items, etc., please contact us immediately by phone or preferably by email. We will do our best to rectify the situtation. Visit our contact page or use the convenient feedback form. Be sure to specify your order number in any correspondence.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be sent from the date we receive your return.
PayPal refunds are sent to your PayPal account since We do not have your credit card information when you purchase through Paypal. You should check your Paypal account when expecting a refund and if necessary use the refunded amount to pay back your credit card. Credit Card refunds via 2CheckOut (2CO) and our "Pay by Credit Card" feature will be refunded to the card used for the transaction.

Most emails are answered within 24 hours, excluding weekends & holidays. We are an internet based company and can help you the quickest through email.
